Return Eligibility Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your footwear delivery. We cannot accept return requests submitted after this 30-day window.

Condition Requirements for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund, the shoes must be unworn, unwashed, free of scuffs, dirt, stains, or odors. The original shoebox, tags, and all included packaging must be intact and returned with the item. Shoes that have been worn outdoors, damaged by the customer, or altered are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, send an email to [email protected] with your order number, the name of the shoe style you wish to return, and the reason for your return request. Our team will review your request and send you a pre-paid return shipping label and clear return instructions if approved. Pack the shoes securely back into their original box and outer shipping packaging, attach the provided label, and drop off the parcel at the designated carrier location.

Return Shipping and Refunds

For approved returns, we cover the cost of the return shipping label. Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned footwear, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds may take extra time to reflect in your bank or card account based on your financial institution’s processing schedule. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error, such as sending the wrong shoe size or defective merchandise.

Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange your shoes for a different size or alternate style instead of a refund, note this preference in your email to [email protected] when opening your return request. Exchanges are subject to current inventory availability. If your desired replacement item is sold out, we will process a refund instead.
